We’re happy to announce that the 2024 Annual Public Meeting will be Thursday December 5th 730pm-9pm at the Northwood School Innovation Hub (2495 Main St) in Lake Placid! Last year’s annual meeting at this location was very successful and we’ve decided to return to the venue. We’ll be talking about the successes of the last year, reflecting on the challenges, sharing goals for 2025 and connecting with the climbing community at large.

A few things to remember about the Annual Meeting:

-There are numerous public parking options within a short walking distance from the Northwood Innovation Hub.

-Please leave the pets at home.

-This is a school building, so please no alcohol.  

-A Q+A session for the public will happen at the end of the meeting.

-There will be the option for remote viewing. Please send an email to willclimbz@hotmail.com for a viewing link. Viewing links will get sent 24hrs before the meeting.
